Kimberley Rodriguez, Pedro Montelongo Killed in Canoga Park Car Accident

 
CANOGA PARK, CA (January 12, 2024) — 24-year-old Pedro Montelongo and 23-year-old Kimberley Ayala Rodriguez both died in a crash on Topanga Canyon Boulevard on Sunday, January 7.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the collision occurred just before 1:00 a.m. in the 7600 block of North Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

Based on reports, three vehicles were involved in the accident. The reason that led to this fatal incident is still under investigation.

Due to impact, Montelongo and Rodriguez were trapped inside the vehicle. Firefighters had to use hydraulic tools to save them, but they already succumbed to injuries and passed away at the scene.

Four more people sustained injuries in the crash. Two of them were in critical injuries.

There were no arrests yet. However, an investigation is ongoing.
