Pedestrian Struck and Injured by Hit-and-Run Driver on West 46th Avenue in Denver

 
DENVER, CO (December 26, 2024) – The Denver Police Department confirmed that a pedestrian suffered injuries in a hit-and-run on West 46th Avenue on December 13.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the accident happened at Shoshone Street. Based on a report, the victim was crossing West 46th Avenue at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a possible white Toyota SUV traveling westbound on the road struck the victim. The driver left the scene of the crash without rendering aid.
 
As a result, the pedestrian suffered serious injuries in the incident.
 
No other details about the suspect vehicle or the driver were immediately available. In a news release, police said the car may have minor damage to the front.
