One Killed, Two Seriously Injured in Crash on West Casino Road [Everett, WA]

Fatal Crash Reported on West Casino Road in Everett

 
EVERETT, WA (October 4, 2024) – Everett police confirmed that one person died in a crash in the 1400 block of West Casino Road on September 17.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened just before 4:00 PM. Based on a report, two vehicles collided in the lanes.
 
Police said the initial crash left one person dead. Officials did not release the name of the victim, pending notification of next of kin.
 
The driver and passenger of the other vehicle suffered serious injuries. Crews took one of the occupants to the hospital while the other did not require hospitalization.
 
While police were clearing the scene, another car drove through it.
 
As a result, officers took one person from the other car into custody on suspicion of DUI.
 
At this point, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
