EL PASO, TX (May 30, 2023) – The El Paso Fire Department confirmed that one person died in a car crash on North Cotton Street on May 28.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at East Missouri Avenue around 11:30 AM. Based on a report, two vehicles crashed in the lanes.
 
As a result, fire crews said that a victim died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
 
At least two people suffered minor injuries in the crash that blocked the northbound lanes of Cotton.
 
As of now, there is little details regarding the crash and the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
