Fatal Car Crash on Greg Street at Industrial Way in Sparks

 
SPARKS, NV (November 28, 2022) – Police confirmed that one person died in a crash on Greg Street on November 16.
 
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Industrial Way around 9:30 AM. Based on a report, a vehicle was traveling east on Greg Street prior to the crash.
 
Subsequently, it continued through the intersection of Industrial Way on a red traffic light. As it avoided another car, the vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a drainage ditch.
 
As a result, Sparks Police, Sparks Fire, and REMSA responded and pronounced a man in the rear passenger side dead at the scene.
 
The driver and another passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Police did not suspect alcohol and speed to be a factor. As of now, the investigation remains ongoing.
