Gravel Truck Involved in Fatal Fort Worth Accident on 35 Freeway

 
FORT WORTH, TX (March 17, 2023) – Officers confirmed that one person died in an accident on 35 Freeway on March 13.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Meacham Boulevard.
 
Based on a report, an 18-wheeler carrying gravel on the southbound side of the freeway hit a car. Subsequently, the truck overturned on its side while the car broke apart and its debris struck two other vehicles heading north.
 
As a result, one person suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
 
In addition, two other people suffered grave injuries.
