Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Vehicle on East 56th Avenue in Denver

 
DENVER, CO (January 11, 2024) – The Denver Police Department confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on East 56th Avenue on January 6.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at North Dunkirk Street around 7:45 PM. Based on a report, the victim was crossing the street at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck her.
 
As a result, she suffered grave injuries in the incident. She was taken to the hospital, where she later died. Officials have not yet released her name, pending kin notification.
 
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
