DENVER, CO (August 31, 2023) – The Denver Police Department confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on East 39th Avenue on August 15.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at Paris Street around 1:02 AM. Based on a report, a vehicle hit the pedestrian in the lanes.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the deceased’s name, pending kin notification.
 
It was not clear if the involved vehicle remained on the scene.
