HOUSTON, TX (October 24, 2023) – The Houston Police Department confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on 45 Freeway on October 13.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Memorial Drive around 5:50 AM. Based on a report, the pedestrian was attempting to run across the freeway at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a black Ford F-150 struck him.
 
As a result, the pedestrian suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
