Third Fatal Motorcycle Crash During Lone Star Rally Occurs in La Marque

 
LA MARQUE, TX (November 10, 2022) – Police confirmed that one person died in a motorcycle crash during the Lone Star Rally on 45 Freeway on November 6.
 
According to the Texas Safety Department, the collision happened near the Texas City Wye at approximately 7:20 PM.
 
Based on a report from Sheriff Henry Trochesset, the victim was riding his motorcycle at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, he hit something alongside the road and the force ejected him from his motorcycle.
 
Then, he was run over by several vehicles.
 
As a result, the victim died in the incident. Officials did not yet release his identity, pending notification of his next of kin.
 
As of now, the crash remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
