Fatal Motorcycle Accident on 96th Avenue in Commerce City

 
COMMERCE CITY, CO (December 29, 2023) – The Commerce City Police Department confirmed that one person died in a motorcycle accident on 96th Avenue on December 22.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened west of Highway 2 around 2:00 PM. Based on a report, the victim was riding a motorcycle and collided with a semi-truck.
 
The details that led to the accident were not immediately released.
 
As a result, the rider suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Police did not yet release the victim’s identity, pending kin notification.
