HOUSTON, TX (February 28, 2025) – At least one person died following a crash on Gulf Freeway on Thursday evening, February 20.
 
According to the Houston Police Department, the fatal incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on the 12899 block of Gulf Freeway.
 
For reasons still unknown, a man was struck by a vehicle, police said.
 
The unidentified pedestrian succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
 
Investigation into the incident remains open and active.
