Fatal Single Vehicle Accident on Highway 95 in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV (September 4, 2024) – The Clark County Coroner’s Office confirmed that one person died in a car accident on northbound Highway 95 on August 12.
According to the Nevada State Police, the collision happened at mile marker 107, about 16 miles north of city limits around 6:43 AM. Based on a report, the victim was driving a silver 2020 Toyota Camry north on the highway at the time of the crash.
For unknown reasons, the car veered off to the right and went onto the shoulder. Subsequently, it hit a paddle market and continued into the desert, where it struck a culvert.
As a result, the victim sustained grave injuries. Emergency crews transported the patient to the hospital, where they later died.
It’s unclear if the driver suffered a medical episode before the crash.
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
