The accident happened at about 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Euless Boulevard and Dickey Drive, near Highway 183.
 
According to the Euless Police, two vehicles crashed in the intersection.
 
The driver of one of the vehicles died in the collision. Meanwhile, paramedics brought the second driver to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
 
The incident backed up traffic on Highway 183 and West Euless Boulevard for several hours due to the accident.
