18-Wheeler Truck Causes Fatal Accident on FM 1093 in Fulshear

 
FULSHEAR, TX (February 9, 2023) – Officers confirmed that one person died in an 18-wheeler truck accident on FM 1093 on February 7.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at FM 359 at approximately 5:20 AM. Based on a report, the 18-wheeler was traveling east on FM 1093 at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, it ran a red light and collided with a truck that was headed north on FM 359.
 
As a result, the truck’s driver died in the incident. Officials did not release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
 
The driver of the 18-wheeler suffered minor injuries.
 
In addition, the crash also hit power poles, knocking out electricity in some neighborhoods.
