CIBOLO, TX (January 10, 2024) – The Cibolo Police Department confirmed that one person died in an 18-wheeler truck accident on 10 Freeway on January 1.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at FM 465 around 7:45 PM. Based on a report, the 18-wheeler collided with a truck due to unknown circumstances.
 
Police responded and discovered that the driver of the car died at the scene. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.

Crews closed the eastbound lanes of the freeway and FM 465 after the accident.
