TUCSON, AZ (May 24, 2024) – The Tucson Police Department confirmed that one person sustained injuries in a pedestrian accident on Oracle Road on May 14.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Wetmore Road around 8:00 PM. Based on a report, a vehicle struck the pedestrian in the lanes.
 
As a result, the pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries. Emergency crews transported the victim to the hospital for treatment.
 
The driver of the involved vehicle remained at the scene.
