SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 13, 2022) – Paramedics transported one person to the hospital following a head-on crash on Highway 90 on October 11.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Military Drive around 5:30 AM.
 
Based on a report, three cars collided head-on in the lanes. The details that led to the incident were not yet clear. Subsequently, the wreck shut down the intersection, preventing access to Lackland Air Force base.
 
As a result of the crash, Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies said one person was taken to the hospital for treatment. In addition, two others suffered injuries that did not require hospitalization.
 
As of now, no further information is available and DPS is still investigating the crash.
