Motorcyclist Fatally Crashes into Back of Truck on 605 Freeway in Pico Rivera
PICO RIVERA, CA (November 3, 2022) – Police confirmed that one person died in a motorcycle crash on northbound 605 Freeway on October 30.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Rose Hills Road at about 8:15 PM.
Based on a report, the victim was riding with other motorcyclists on the highway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, he crashed into the back of a Jeep truck.
As a result, the man died in the incident. Officials did not yet release his name, pending kin notification.
In addition, the accident urged CHP to issue a SigAlert for the northbound 605 at Rose Hills, involving the HOV lane and lanes 1, 2 and 3 while leaving the slow lane open to traffic.
