SPRING,TX (November 16, 2022) – One person suffered serious injuries in a box truck accident on Grand Parkway westbound on November 14.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Birnham Woods Drive around 8:06 AM.
 
Based on a report from the Spring Fire Department, a box truck collided with an 18-wheeler truck. Subsequently, it went off the road and landed on the lanes below the overpass.
 
The 18-wheeler’s cab ended up hanging partially over the overpass.
 
As a result, the box truck driver was hospitalized in critical condition.
 
No other information is known at this time. As of now, the crash remains under investigation.
