BOULDER, CO (January 23, 2024) – The Boulder Police Department arrested one person after a DUI accident on 28th Street on January 13.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at Colorado Avenue around 12:15 PM. Based on a report, the suspect was driving an SUV when they struck one car near the intersection.
 
Subsequently, the impact pushed the first car into a third vehicle.
 
As a result, one person sustained minor injuries. It was not clear if such injuries required hospitalization.
 
Police arrested the suspected at-fault driver on suspicion of DUI, careless driving causing injury, possession of a stolen vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance.
