SAUGUS, CA (February 18, 2025) – Nelson Vides died following a pedestrian crash on Bouquet Canyon Road on Monday evening, February 10.
 
According to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, the fatal incident happened around 10:45 p.m. on the 26800 block of Bouquet Canyon Road.
 
Reports indicated that Vides was seen leaving a local bar near Festividad Drive. Vides walked into traffic and was struck by two vehicles, police said.
 
23-year-old Vides died at the scene.
 
The crash remains under investigation.
