Nathan Tullis Fatally Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Zion Hill Road

 
WEATHERFORD, TX (December 13, 2023) — A 29-year-old man identified as Nathan Tullis died in a motorcycle crash on Thursday, December 7.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the two-vehicle crash happened at around 6:00 p.m. near the 3500 block of Zion Hill Road.
 
The preliminary report said Tullis rode a Yamaha motorcycle northbound on Zion Hill Road. Then he signaled and slowed to make a turn. Then a pick-up, also traveling north on the same road, failed to control its speed.
 
The pickup subsequently struck the motorcycle. The impact of the collision caused the rider to leave the roadway.
 
Tullis died due to sustained fatal injuries in the crash.
 
DPS said the investigation is underway.
