SNOHOMISH, WA (December 5, 2022) – Police identified the four people who died in a plane crash on November 23.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, 33-year-old Nathan Precup of Seattle, 49-year-old Nate Lachendro of Gig Harbor, 52-year-old Scott Brenneman of Roy, and 67-year-old David Newton of Wichita, Kansas were killed after the plane they were in crashed.
 
The accident happened after a Cessna 208B plane’s right wing broke away from the aircraft during a morning flight from Renton.
 
Based on a report from the National Transportation Safety Board, the Raisbeck Engineering of Seattle was conducting a fly test before modifying the aircraft. At some point, the plane crashed in a field near Snohomish and caught fire.
 
As a result, the victims – Brenneman, Newton, Lachendro, and Precup – all died at the scene.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case remains ongoing. A preliminary report is expected in the next few weeks.
