Jason Foster, Natasha Brewer Dead after Texarkana Car Accident on Highway 59

 
TEXARKANA, TX (March 27, 2024) — Natasha Brewer and Jason Foster died in a car accident on Tuesday, March 19.
 
According to a preliminary Texas Department of Public Safety report, a 2024 Kia Telluride SUV traveled southbound on Highway 59 around 9:53 p.m.
 
Then the Kia crossed into the northbound lane and hit a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV. Both drivers died at the scene.
 
Authorities identified the driver of the Kia as 48-year-old Brewer, of Texarkana. At the same time, they identified the driver of the Chevrolet as 56-year-old Jason Foster, of Tyler.
 
Texas DPS said both wore seatbelts.
 
The Texarkana Gazette reported the accident caused Foster’s car to burst into flames.
 
There are no reports if speed and/or impairment contributed to the crash.
 
The road conditions were dry.
 
Officials said they continue to investigate the accident.
