Two Killed in School Bus Accident on Highway 7 near Alder Cutoff Road East
EATONVILLE, WA (August 28, 2023) — A motorcyclist and passenger died after a school bus crash on Highway 7 on Saturday, August 12.
According to Washington State Patrol spokesman John Dattilo, the accident took place on Highway 7 near Adler Lake just before 10:07 a.m.
Authorities confirmed both the driver and passenger of the motorcycle died due to the incident. Their identities are not immediately available pending notification of loved ones.
Dattilo said there were no passengers on the school bus and the driver was not hurt.
Officers closed Highway 7 near Alder Cutoff Road East in both directions for several hours after the incident. All lanes reopened.
