Michael Perez Charged with DWI after Fatal Crash on W.W. White Road in San Antonio

 
SAN ANTONIO, TX (December 30, 2022) – The San Antonio Police Department arrested Michael Anthony Perez following a crash on W.W. White Road on December 25.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at East Southcross shortly before 1:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, Perez was on White Road prior to the crash. Subsequently, police said he ran a red light and his SUV T-boned a sedan.
 
As a result, a passenger in the sedan died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the victim’s identity, pending kin notification.
 
The driver of the sedan was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
 
Perez is now facing a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter. As of now, an investigation is still ongoing.
