Michael Perez and 19-Year-Old Ty Pressley Killed, 18-Year-Old Quinton Pressley Injured in Crash on FM 624 [Orange Grove, TX]

Ty Pressley, Michael Perez Identified in Fatal Orange Grove Crash

 
ORANGE GROVE, TX (November 29, 2023) – Officials identified 48-year-old Michael Perez and 19-year-old Ty Pressley of Sandia who died in a crash on FM 624 on November 22.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at FM 70 at approximately 10:57 PM. Based on a report, 18-year-old Quinton Pressley of Odem was driving a 2019 Ford Expedition with Ty Pressley at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, the two did not stop at a stop sign and hit the driver’s side of Perez’s crane truck. The SUV then stopped at the northeast side of the intersection and was engulfed in flames.
 
As a result, Perez and Ty Pressley suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
Quinton Pressley survived the accident and was in critical condition.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
