BEAUMONT, TX (December 14, 2022) – Beaumont Police officers identified 31-year-old Marquis Lequavior Marshall as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on December 8.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened in the 2300 block of 10 Freeway shortly before 6:00 PM. Based on a report, officers received a call about Marshall who had been hit by a vehicle.
 
However, they did not release the type of vehicle and the details that led to the crash.
 
As a result, Marshall died in the incident.
