PHOENIX, AZ (February 8, 2024) – The Phoenix Police Department identified 61-year-old Mark Miller who died in a crash on 16th Street on February 1.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Missouri Avenue around 7:00 AM. Based on a report, Miller was driving a car when he collided with a cement irrigation box.
 
Phoenix police officers did not release the details that led to the incident.
 
As a result, Miller sustained grave injuries. The Phoenix Fire Department responded and transported him to the hospital, where he later died.
