GLENDALE, AZ (July 5, 2023) – The Glendale Police Department identified 46-year-old Mark Agee who died in a pedestrian accident on 51st Avenue on June 27.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Northern Avenue around 2:30 AM. Based on a report, Agee was crossing the intersection at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle going east struck him.
 
As a result, Agee suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and police did not suspect impairment as a factor.
