Marina Saucedo Injured in Car Crash on Highway 395 near Foster Wells Road

 
PASCO, WA (March 15, 2024) — A 26-year-old woman identified as Marina Leyva Saucedo, of Manson, sustained injuries in a car crash on Monday, March 4.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, Saucedo drove a Dodge Ram pickup west on Foster Wells Road. Then she got to the intersection with Highway 395 at around 3:15 p.m.
 
Investigators said she crossed the northbound lanes. After that, she failed to yield to traffic in the southbound lanes of the highway. Then another Dodge Ram heading south T-boned the passenger side of the pickup.
 
Paramedics transported Saucedo to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland. Her condition was not immediately available Tuesday. However, Trooper Chris Thorson said she was alert and conscious when she was at the hospital following the crash.
 
The driver of the other truck, 28-year-old Riley J. Smith, of Battle Ground, was not hurt.
