LAS VEGAS, NV (March 16, 2023) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on Nellis Boulevard on March 11.
 
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Las Vegas Boulevard around 2:30 AM. Based on a report, the man was crossing the street westbound outside of a crosswalk at the time of the crash.
 
At that point, a vehicle struck him.
 
As a result, he suffered grave injuries and was taken to an area hospital, where he later died. Officials only identified him as a 55-year-old male from North Las Vegas.
 
At this point, officers continue to investigate the case. In addition, no other details are available.
