Man Dead in Bicycle Crash on 25 Freeway in Denver

 
DENVER, CO (August 24, 2023) — A man died after a bicycle accident on the 25 Freeway on Sunday, August 20.
 
According to Denver police spokesman Sean Towle, the crash happened at around 9:30 a.m. near the 25 Freeway on-ramp at Santa Fe Drive.
 
The bicyclist rode near the on-ramp. However, there are no reports on how the incident happened.
 
Officers confirmed the man riding the bicycle died in the accident. They have not yet released his identity pending notification of loved ones.
 
The driver involved in the crash stayed at the scene, Towle said.
 
Authorities closed the ramp after the crash. Then they advised motorists to take other routes.
