According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the incident happened at about 6:15 a.m. on Frank Sinatra Drive and Caesars Service Drive.

LVMPD said the man rode a 1990 Honda CBR600 northbound on Frank Sinatra Drive. At the same time, a 2024 Hyundai Tucson driven by a 58-year-old man, tried to make a left turn against a red light from the southbound lanes.
