PHOENIX, AZ (March 29, 2023) – Phoenix Police officers confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on 4th Avenue on March 25.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Osborn Road. Based on a report, a vehicle struck the man in the lanes.
 
Subsequently, the victim man fell into the ground and suffered severe injuries.
 
As a result, officers said the victim died at a local hospital. Officials did not yet release his name, pending kin notification.
 
Authorities said the driver stayed on the scene and did not show signs of being impaired. Police did not yet say whether the driver will face any charges.
