Luis Guzman Identified in Crash on 15 Freeway at Nichols Road in Lake Elsinore

 
LAKE ELSINORE, CA (April 24, 2023) – The Riverside County Coroner identified 33-year-old Luis Solano Guzman of Menifee as the victim who died in a crash on southbound 15 Freeway on April 21.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened just north of Nichols Road at approximately 2:15 PM.
 
Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department responded and found two vehicles collided at the scene. Officers did not yet state the details that led to the crash.
 
As a result, emergency responders said Guzman dead at the scene.
 
The occupant of the other car was not hurt.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are ongoing.
