Leslie Rumbold Killed in Marshall Pedestrian Accident
MARSHALL, TX (January 4, 2024) — Authorities identified 61-year-old Leslie Rumbold, of Marshall, as the woman killed in a crash on Friday, November 3.
According to the Marshall Police Department said, the accident happened in the 1200 block of East Grand Avenue near Jackson Street at around 8:00 p.m.
Marshall Police said it involved at least one pedestrian and a motor vehicle. They confirmed an hour later that the pedestrian died in the incident.
After notifying the family, authorities confirmed on Saturday that the victim was Leslie Rumbold.
Police said there are no charges filed against the driver at this time.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
