Laramie Reid Identified in Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Taft Boulevard in Wichita Falls

 
WICHITA FALLS, TX (October 25, 2022) – Police identified 33-year-old Laramie James Reid of Iowa Park as the victim who died in a motorcycle crash on Taft Boulevard on October 23.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Southwest Parkway.
 
Based on a report, Reid was traveling westbound on Taft prior to the crash. At the same time, a pickup truck was turning left from Southwest Parkway to travel northbound on Taft. Subsequently, Reid struck the passenger side of the truck.
 
As a result, Wichita Falls Police Department confirmed that Reid died in the incident. Police said he was wearing a helmet at the time of the wreck.
 
At this point, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
