Keith William Roggasc Identified in Fatal Accident on 20 Freeway in Eastland County

 
CISCO, TX (February 21, 2025) – Authorities identified 34-year-old Keith William Roggasch of Fort Worth who died in an 18-wheeler truck accident on 20 Freeway on February 13.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened shortly before 3:30 AM near Cisco. Based on a report, Roggasch was driving a vehicle east on the freeway before the crash.
 
He was traveling at a high rate of speed when he crashed into the truck. The impact caused his vehicle to overturn and come to rest on a cable barrier.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
No other injuries were reported in connection to the crash.
