Kathleen Kolthoff Hospitalized after Car Crashes into Lake on Highway 20 [Lucerne, CA]

LUCERNE, CA (February 15, 2023) – Kathleen Alicia Kolthoff was hospitalized after her vehicle crashed into a lake on Highway 20 on February 9.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at 6:13 p.m. approaching Foothill Drive. Based on a report, a Chevy Tahoe was driving east on the highway when the vehicle swerved off-road.

Soon after, the vehicle rolled and came to a stop in the lake. The factors that affected the crash are still not known.

Responders sent Kolthoff of Santa Rosa to the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

Her passenger was later identified as Joseph Sullivan who did not sustain injuries.

Authorities continued their investigation at this point.
