PORT ARTHUR, TX (February 16, 2024) – Investigators identified 33-year-old Kane Adams who died in a pedestrian accident on Memorial Boulevard on February 8.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened in the 6500 block of Memorial Boulevard near the Jimmy Johnson Boulevard exit shortly after 9:00 PM. Based on a report, Adams was driving when another vehicle hit his truck.
 
Subsequently, he got out of the car and began walking across the median when he was hit by several vehicles.
 
As a result, Adams suffered grave injuries and died in the crash.
 
The drivers who struck him stopped at the scene.
