ROUND ROCK, TX (July 26, 2023) – The Round Rock Police Office identified 31-year-old Jennifer Wingard of Round Rock who died in a pedestrian accident in the 2200 block of North 35 Freeway on July 14.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened on the shoulder of the highway at approximately 9:52 PM. Based on a report, a vehicle hit the victim in the lanes.
 
As a result, Wingard sustained grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
The driver of the vehicle stayed and cooperated with the officers who took charge of the crash.
