GEORGE WEST, TX (November 26, 2023) – Officials identified Jennifer Hill of Moses Lake and Wenatchee residents 45-year-old Antelia Hernandez Garcia, 26-year-old Jennifer E. Ibarra-Hernandez and 9-year-old Diego Ibarra who suffered injuries in a crash on Highway 281 on November 15.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at approximately 3:23 PM. Based on a report, Rosalio P. Ibarra of Bridgeport was driving a 2022 Honda CR-V northbound on the highway at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he struck Hill’s 1996 Honda Accord. The impact totaled both cars.
 
Subsequently, crews responded and transported Jennifer Hill to Quincy Valley Medical Center. They rushed Garcia, Ibarra, and Ibarra-Hernandez to Confluence Health Hospital. Rosalio Ibarra was not injured.
