Javier Beltron Fatally Injured in Denver City Rollover Accident

 
DENVER CITY, TX (April 3, 2024) — A 22-year-old man identified as Javier Beltron, of Hobbs, died in a rollover accident on Sunday, March 31.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Beltron died in a Gaines County accident on FM 1757 and CR 243 at around 4:50 a.m.
 
Texas DPS said Beltron drove eastbound on FM 1757. Then his car went into the ditch. It resulted in his vehicle going airborne before it overturned.
 
Responding crews pronounced Beltron dead at the scene, according to DPS.
 
This crash is still under investigation. There are no reports whether speed and/or intoxication played a role in the accident.
