James Peloquin Killed, Ronald Hudman and Annette Hudman Injured in Accident on Highway 59 [Carthage, TX]

James Peloquin Identified in Fatal Accident on Highway 59 at County Road 305 in Carthage

 
CARTHAGE, TX (October 17, 2022) – Police identified 44-year-old James Peloquin as the victim who died in an accident on Highway 59 on October 13.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at County Road 305 shortly before 5:00 PM.
 
Based on a report, Peloquin was traveling west on County Road 305 at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, he failed to yield the right of way to a truck that was traveling north on the highway. Subsequently, the truck struck Peloquin’s vehicle.
 
As a result, Peloquin was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
The occupants of the other truck, 55-year-old Ronald C. Hudman and 63-year-old Annette Hudman of Seabrook, were taken to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Marshall.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no further information is available.
