Ines Maria Guerra Dies after Mission Hit-and-Run on 1st Street and Conway Avenue

 
MISSION, TX (January 9, 2022) — Ines Maria Guerra died after a hit-and-run on 1st Street and Conway Avenue on Thursday afternoon, December 22.

The fatal collision occurred at around 4:30 p.m., according to the Mission Police Department.

Authorities confirmed that the 79-year-old Guerra had been struck by a vehicle. However, the suspect involved fled the scene.

Guerra died at the scene.

Officials have already released the make and model of the involved vehicle, but they continue to interrogate the suspect whose identity remains unknown.
