Hector Martinez-Olivas, Norma Marquez-Gonzales, and Leo Sandoval Identified in Fatal Odessa Accident

 
ODESSA, TX (April 30, 2024) – Officials identified Hector Martinez-Olivas, Norma Marquez-Gonzales, and Leo Sandoval who died in an accident on 42nd Street on April 20.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at FM 1936. Based on a report, Martinez-Olivas was driving a Chevrolet Silverado eastbound on 42nd Street before the crash.
 
At the same time, Sandoval was driving a Dodge Ram 1500 westbound in the eastbound lane of the same road. Subsequently, the Ram hit the Chevy.
 
As a result, Martinez-Olivas and his two passengers, Marquez-Gonzales and a 14-year-old boy, all died at the scene. Sandoval was taken to Medical Center Hospital, where he later died.
 
As of now, the officers are investigating the crash. In addition, no other details are available.
