Pedestrian Struck and Injured by Suspected DUI Driver Gwyn Gustafson in Colorado Springs

 
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (November 7, 2024) – Police arrested suspected DUI driver Gwyn Gustafson following a pedestrian accident on Cimarron Street on October 19.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the accident happened at 8th Street around 10:15 PM. Based on a report, Gustafson was driving near the intersection when she hit a pedestrian.
 
As a result, the pedestrian suffered injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported the victim to the hospital in stable condition.
 
Police said Gustafson did remain on scene. They evaluated her for intoxication before her arrest on DUI-related vehicular assault charges.
