German Quiroz Involved in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident in Phoenix

 
PHOENIX, AZ (March 21, 2023) – Phoenix police arrested 48-year-old German Tapia Quiroz following a hit-and-run on Thomas Road on March 17.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at 22nd Street around 7:45 PM.
 
Based on a report, Quiroz struck two women who ignored the traffic lights in the street. Subsequently, he left the scene without giving aid to the victims.
 
As a result, the pedestrians suffered serious injuries in the incident. Paramedics transported the victims to a local hospital in stable condition.
 
Officers found Quiroz inside his vehicle near 30th Street. They arrested and booked him into jail for leaving the scene of an accident with serious injury.
